After months and months of waiting, I have FINALLY received my decision from the UKBA! They took their time and took £1000 from me but I have got it! Someone please update the timeline for me. Same here, I applied on the 14th August, still waiting. Hopefully I will get it back before Christmas. I have applied my ILR on 10 years basis on 12 of Aug and still waiting for the decision. I have a subsequent question My Mrs Applied for entry clearance in May 2012 before new rules introduced but she received her VISA on 19 July and travel in September.

My question is she come Pre-July rules I mean old rules or new rules.
