Re: Residence Labour Market Test Advertising Methods

Minor changes are fine as long the core content in unchanged and contains all the required details as per RLMT (salary, title etc.).
You don't need to advertise on direct gov if it the SOC code is PhD level NQF.

Re: Tier 2 General Quires

You're correct, you will be eligible to apply for ILR in March 2018 as after 5 years on Tier 2 you become eligible for ILR.

Tier 2 change of Sponsor- RLMT and Dependent Question

Dear All, I am changing sponsors under Tier 2 (G) and will like to know exactly what happens to the RLMT? Do we need to forward the advertise to the home office at the end of the 28 days? Hello, I am currently a dependent on my spouse's Tier 2(G) visa and is considering switching from my Tier 2 dependent to a Tier 4 student visa. Is this possible to be done within the UK? I have found a graduate level course and sponsor; is there anything else I need to consider before making the swi...

First of all, I'd advise you to get an immigration lawyer, cases involving the police are usually complex. Also, I'm assuming that if you get dismissed while your case is still under review with the police, your status remains as a Tier 2 holder for 60 days or until your passport is released (if fou...

The job on the list that comes closest to my JD falls under this category. Does that mean I need to have a PhD?

Thanks
