Assuming I am getting a job here with another employer, Won’t they ask my NI number at the time of joining. If at all my future employer does not ask wont the people at the Job Center ask about the NI number at the time of registration.

ILR without FLR

Hi,

I am on working in UK as Workpermit holder. I am intending to apply for change of employer (Work permit transfer). As soon as I get my new work permit, can I directlly apply for ILR without FLR?

Thanks for your reply. After going through somany postings I am bit confused. (Including the FAQ). This 3 years 11 months rule is for postal applications or personal applications too.
