dear all my visa curtailed due to sponsors licence revocation, and it ends 15 august i hold offer for new course starts 14 september, it cannot be made earlier date as visa end date and course start date is more than 28 days, i should apply from home country but is there any other options to make ti...

i have similar situation above,

visa expires 15 august and new course starts 17 September
my wife (dependent) is pregnant, 9th month due this month, cannot travel by plane

is there any options, please advise

if UKVI wants to call for creditability interview, would they call before PEO date or after?

if new college give me a cas, saying new course is complementary to previous course, would visa officer will not satisfied, because i have not completed my current course and want to change it to different one?

please share any one if you had similar cases

Correct way of this would be to buy one more paper from Lsbf and apply
Ho will give visa til July 2015 plus 2 months
But Lsbf might not give you cas at the moment as they are suspended

Try Kaplan but they might say minimum 6 papers for issues a cas

You should be okay with these criminal records as they are very old and no jail imprisment

For pbs applicant required to have not any criminal record last 12 months from date of applicants

I would say that tier 4 dependant can work legally full Time regardless the type of course of main tier 4 applicant
