If without splitting the days between the 2 years , need to apply ILR with employer letter is there any issue?

I am confused with the exceptional made in the rules even though UKBA asks for evidence if more than 180 days in a year.

If you are working in same company during the gaps, and shows the absense letter then there is no problem ?

That's correct .. is it fine letter from line manager for the absense as all related to work absense

I have absense (ICT) of around 220 days in one of the 5 year. As per new rule we need to produce the evidence for any absense.

All the absense I have are the work related, for this is it fine if I get the letter(with company logo) from my Line manager is it fine?

I have 210 days of absense and when i split these to multiple year then I am eligible for ILR from 30th May.But should I need to apply only after 30th May or or 1st of May(application more than 28 days before you become eligible to apply accoring to law) .

But its internet prinout having company logo and datestamp of each approval in those.With this should I need to wait for split in multiple year or can be fine with existing 210 days absense along with this internet printout?
