What about Paragraph 92 and 93 then?

It says 'Accounts in the name of Business or Third party will not be accepted'. It has to be under your, or both team member's name. (FOR MONEY HELD IN UK ACCOUNTS)

Paragraph 92 and 93 are clearly going against what the email is saying.

Money must be shown in personal joint account (if you haven't invested the money yet). Both team members must also be account holders for any UK bank account. You cannot use third party sponsor funds for UK accounts. It's safe to go with Personal Joint account.

Bank Letter is more important than Bank Statement.

Only For Maintenance, Bank Statement is required, however there are other ways for showing maintenance money too (see policy guidance)
