In your first post, you refer to the issue as 'I' (as a first person) .... however, in the second post, you say 'His' (as a third person) A quick look at all of your recent posts suggested that you seems to have applied for British Citizenship ( 1 ) and you also have applied for ILR earlier for your...

The word UKVI have used in Policy Guidance as eligibility criteria is " invested ". Company could be making profits ... or could be going in loss. It all comes down to " How Much " have you "invested" ... not how much profit you have made. Money deposited in bank accoun...

Re: Toeic Letter and home office detention centre

It's simple. You can only get away with it if you have given it yourself. UKVI are only running voice sampling analysis on Speaking Module. If you take them to court, they will play your voice which TOEIC will give them In the letter they have stated that speaking test have been given by the anomal...

Don't worry about Further checks. A lot of things are happening in UKVI and they are under intense pressure to check documentation vigorously. If they require more time, then they sent these kind of letters.

Re: Toeic Letter and home office detention centre

Yes. It's true.

HO have basically isolated all the cases (where visa is granted/pending/refused) in which TOEIC was used to gain points for English proficiency. So, if you have used TOEIC in the past, you may end up in trouble anytime. It comes under organized crime.

Re: Uk Tier 1 entrepreneur visa

UK is not welcoming Immigrants anymore and it's very clear from their policy shifting on immigration all the time. If you still want to come, I'll advice you accordingly: 1) It's not the business which counts, it's how you put that business into a plan and provide its financials clearly. In some cas...

You can easily win your case under ' Evidential Flexibility ' ... provided you have a good solicitor. In my view, JR is the only option for both of you. When caseworker is assigning time limit to you, these are not part of policy guidelines. So, they can always be challenged in courts. Remember, mos...

@svasu, You HAVE 'Right of Appeal', it doesn't matter if they have given you the forms or not. Now, if you have not been detained by HO (which I believe you have not been, because if you were, it wouldn't be possible for you to use this forum), you have 10 days to exercise your appeal rights.
