Well done ESUSA. What address did you use for the ombudsman? I Live in the Bershire area so im assuming the one in Reading Bourough Council. They are very good and we are claiming for the £561 to be refunded as well. They said 9 out of 10 times the applicant has gotten it back as they dont want to ...

Because they changed the rules last year that you now have to take the life in the UK test and I didn't want to do that. We are also moving back to the States next September. I also use to think this was quick and easy, not anymore!!!
