same day, different times, it is going to be same application and you will be charged as main applicant and rest dependent, CW will process whole case at once, not separate and one SET(O)

different days, everyone will be treated as separate applicant 1377 for each one and different SET(O)

you can try with your ILR approval letter as all they need is reference number of that and if you apply by post and not through NCS then will you risk sending your passport and BRP through post to UKBA and be on their mercy? it will not cost you extra, it will be same as applying one dependent which is 1377 + 689 I think 2066 and you will use just one form as main applicant + 1 dependent

you do not need to look any pdf, your SET(O) form's payment page must have shown what is correct amount of fee and I think it is 991 for postal as I paid 1377 for PEO
