Dear MHA

British passport is always delivered through courier i.e. DX Secure

In my case, as I paid for supporting documents to be returned via secure delivery so both, my supporting documents and British passport, were delivered by DX SEcure, same person, same time.

You just need to send non expired (latest valid one) and just passport i.e. no BRP

it was better if you had asked it in new thread as this is just processing timelines

if you sponsor then Brother1 (family), Mother (family), Sister in Law (2nd Brother' wife) (general) and her son (general) even if your husband sponsors then it will remain as above in case you or your husband sponsor, you have to give proof that you have enough financial means to support their visit...

MN1 (british nationality) is for children born in uk and any one of the parents then get ILR as your baby was born outside uk so this may not apply unless you apply under discretion and get successful

As per my limited knowledge, UKBA's visit visa policy is that a visitor should not stay more then 6 months in any 12 calendar months so if your mom was just returned then there are no grounds to apply again.
