when HO refuse an application then its mean its an online print out.

if HO grant a visa then its mean its obtained from company house.

no such compulsion....u can transfer money whenever u like into business account as needed however investment must be done within 3y.

no matter if ur company is more than 3month old...simply get a CAR which must not be older than 3month at the time of application....

there is no restriction of company age....however in case of investment, it must be within last 12 months at the time of application.

@ajatifshah... u may apply for ILR however u ur application fee will be returned and application will annexed to appeal outcome....u better focus on the appeal outcome and may add additional grounds such like staying for 10y lawfully in country etc.

u are talking abt something which doesn't make any sense. if a candidate wouldn't t have fulfilled the requirement , 50k/200k spent and 2 jobs, of which is due to meet in first 3y then no further leave of 2y... if requirement of first 3y fulfilled then there is another 2y leave. after spending secon...

it doesnt matter wen u register a compnay however at the time of application u must provide docs which are no more than 3months old.
