i think u shud appeal in UTT (add additional grounds of long stay etc)....as ur leave may have broken if the FTT decision was made before 28 days of 10y arrival in uk.

yes u can make an application for ILR on the bases of 10y long residency however the outcome of ILR application will depend on the outcome of your appeal (ur ILR wont be decided before ur appeal determination)so u better add your 10y residency as additional ground in addition to others grounds to yo...

no such requirement however it must be available to you during application and even after getting visa or it get spend by ur business. also make sure u keep the proper documents of source of money should UKBA ask you to prove it

the requirement is atleast 1 contract which shows activity of your proposed business however u may send more than 1 contract to show your business is doing well and hence prove more genuine. contract can be B2B or between Business to individual, doesnt matter.

in my opinion ur long residency has been broken since refusal from UT.. wait for more expert advice.

u mayb able to make a fresh application within 28days of refusal from UTT however it wont attract any appeal. make sure all docs are properly arranged before u apply this time round.

third party funding is allowed so you can ur brother account however u need to submit required document for third party funding.
