as long as money(50k) in your personal account there is no such requirement to submit evidence of funding however if u will be called up for interview then they might ask for funding siurce.

get the life easy by getting that money transferred into ur personal account OR you can ask for third party funding documents which include bank statement and attested letter confirming availability of funds to ur business.

in my view....ILR only be given on the base of 5y if spent on one category(Tier1,Tier2 etc). time spent on more than 1 category will count towards long residency (10y)

if ur wife is ur dependent then she has to go back home country to switch into T4.

if u already done graduate level course then u cant go under graduate course, it has to be same level or higher than current level.

u may be able to apply within 28days of receiving letter from ut, u might include one covering letter stating ur previous application and refusal and subsequently appeal and all stuff.
better prepared all of required docs as it cud be last chance for you.

no such time frame required before u ask bank to print statement for you except one for the maintenance.

in order to keep his long residency intact person must be back in uk within 6months of leaving uk (with a valid leave on exit and back in with a valid visa.)

Hello, As far as i know about all this, you will not be on day one. If you withdraw your appeal and apply again and get your visa the time counts towards your long residency. even if you apply after your appeal dismiss your continuity is still valid.
