Thanks for replying to question.
I have another email received advising ID checks done via IDV app not sufficient and applicant must provide biometric by booking an appt or application will be rejected as invalid.
Now in process of booking one now......

Hi May somebody shed some light please. I have completed spouse SET(M) last month. I wa advised to upload and do identity check via IDV app a week after submitting application which I did. Today received an email asking why haven't I booked biometric appt yet? Just wondering isn't normal to book bio...

Thanks for your reply.

I called Homeoffice on 0300 123 2241 and lady said no incountry switching to spouse visa and one has to leave country and make application from home country

Please elaborate on it. Thanks

Can someone clarify if one on Tier5 make in country application to spouse?

I'm on Tier5 and partner a BC. We have been married here in local registrar office.

Hi I just called HO regrading which dates Set LR applications are being considered? The operator was very nice and told me she cant give give out information abut a specific case however Set LR applications for April 2015 have been started in current week.
