Home office not provide you any letter, just use photo copies of your old brp, passport along with acknowledgement letter and bio invitation letter and tell your new employer to contact home office employer helpline for confirmation and in this way your new employer can easily confirm your status. p...

Kusanagi, Apply for SET(LR) before expiry of your current visa(last week) and delay your bio little bit so home office consider your application after completion of 10 years,then you have 2 options, first you get your ilr and second they give you another leave for 2 years and then you have to apply ...

In my 10 years immigration history, I applied 9 visas myself and never waited so eagerly like this one, this wait is too much stressful

Dear Raaz, below is link to HO data tables, third from top are July-September 2013 and they will put new in this list, these data tables are very complex and very difficult to understand and only cover broad categories and I think its quite difficult to find exact SET(LR) statistics from these files...

Dear kpk1234, yes, you are right, she is on Tier 1 general extension valid until March 2016, I think if she can combine previous dependent leaves with new FLR(M) and it comes under old rules then she can get ILR this year and no need to wait 2 years more other wise she can apply for ILR as Tier 1 g...

As you left UK after unsuccessful appeal and got new visa from home country, your 10 years continues leave broken down and you can not qualify for 10 years long residency, according to rules you must have valid visa at the time of departure and return (visa categories could be different).
