Hi

Tier 1 extension can be applied early (before 28 days) if you are sure that it wont affect the ILR requirement. Correct me if I am wrong.

I don't have plan to travel, that's the reason I am thinking whether to extend or not my Child's visa but I should travel in case of emergency.

First of all I would like to thank for your excellent effort.

Yes, I have already sent a mail to my local MP. I request everyone to put some effort on this. It may not be possible to roll-back the proposed fee but at least they should think next time before increasing.
