Does liquidating a company that cannot pay off its debts impact immigration for tier 1 entreprenuer visa?

I have no debt apart from council tax for the year and VAT. I had already submitted a finsncisl hardship form and wanted to know what my options are. Obviously bankruptcy id not an option which brings me to my next quedtion.How does one move to another business in terms of procedure involved.thanks

I think my business does not classify into a small business category. I think in terms of area I have a bigger commercial property.is there any other recourse apart from bankruptcy or small business rebate? I agree bankruptcy is not an option.

I have acquired the entrepreneur visa from Pakistan ,and i wish to acquire a franchise business such as Shelll fuel station, coffee franchise or a pizza hut franchise. Is that a permissible investment and does it fulfill the requirement of entrepreneur visa investments?

Hi all, Is it true that after 13th dec 2012, people holding tier 4 visa cannot switch to tier 1 entrepreneur visa through the route of £200,000 if they are already within the UK'? And they could only switch if they engage a venture capital firm with a funding of £50,000 otherwise they must head back...
