Re: ILR REFUSED APRIL 2015

my advise will be to go back to the accountant you used initial and extension applications, they prepared paperwork for your applications in past and have better understanding what correction required.

Re: deception ILR refused

UKBA is only interested in your initial and extension application taxes. Just do the correction and arrange payments, in a recent case a candidate forgot to declare £500 and he paid and declared five weeks before application, all goes well for him. He attached last 5 years SA302 to keep everything s...

Re: ILR Interview Ques: Do you pay any fee on your Self empl

Please provide the following information. When your wife showed net profit to UKVI was it divided into two tax years e.g 2011-2012 & 2012-2013 - If yes then she should have paid the correct tax in each year and thats a job of accountant to do the calculations. For your specific question 'Did you...

Re: HO asked to bring National Insurance Number (NINO)

Okay Few questions here to get you some positive feedback. 1. Did you give your NI number when applied for ILR ? (If you havent thats the reason they asked you for Tax return) 2. Was you self employed initial application and have declared the tax? 3. Is there any problem with your employment during ...

Re: deception ILR refused

Hi Guys Some of you sent me PM and I am replying here for you all. If HO dont see any records in HMRC for your PAYE or self employment, Then there will be a high chance for deception. Even if it is genuine income. Contact your clients again for your all invoices if your can. No harm doing that. Req...

Re: deception due to less tax submission impact on ILR

You can amend the tax anytime , HMRC is not interested in your immigration status , they need their money. Accountants do make mistakes and file incorrect tax returns making false promises to clients. People from Engineering, medicine or law background have no clue what tax means therefore they rely...

Hi Bri, You said you went for PEO and it was refused. Did they call you for interview later on? Did you took your tax documents with you? In refusal letter from case worker it mentioned during 'interview' . What about you tax for 2013? Did you filed it on time correctly? Check you PM messages. Regards

Re: Tier 1 Dependent or FLR (M) -- Clock Reset

After you are granted ILR under Tier 1 (General), your wife may extend as a PBS dependant for a further 3 years or 2.5 years on FLR(M). To apply for SET(O), she should complete 5 years under PBS dependant. To apply for SET(M), she should complete 5 years under FLR(M). It's your choice on what route...
