Re: Got my visa after 6 months and 20 Day

This is just an information regarding the new changes in January 2013 and that the applicatio...

In my knowledge and experience, they can drop the letter sent by recorded delivery to anyone living at the particular address, unless,it is sent by a prepaid special delivery which one can pick from the collection centre of the post if it is missed. I may be wrong and you members may be right but this...

Re: application form question G.10 not filled correctly

I think your problem is not that much technical or complicated one. They will apply their minds towards the point of investment funds and maintenance funds if you have provided one single statment to demonstrate for both claims. As you stated you had provided statment with ending balance of 52k.That'...

Re: Danish Green Card Rejection on Fees issue

Hi,all

As per the Danish Immigration policy, they normally enhance their visa fees in January of each year.If you are pretty sure that the fee was that which you had deposited ,file your appeal detailing facts in light of proof.

Hope this will help.

Re: T1E refused due to Maintenance

The only problem in your case is maintenance funds, however, you are pretty sure that you have provided correct funds availability for 90 consecutive days.So your case is very simple, though they have not extended you any right of appeal, but fortunately, your term of visa has not yet run out. Therefore,...
