@verbina yes i was refused by them befor and applied again.my solicitor did not sent pap because i wanna apply again so we sent new applications last week .hopping for possitive results this time and praying it won't take too long for a result this time.

Hi just an update
my solicitor resend my application on 4 oct 2013.he send three applications now.i am waiting for ack letter.

@ shondra sharma thanks for reply .they just found excuses to reject every ones applications. you will definataly win your case in court. my solicitor advice me to go in court and he said it takes time but 100% i can win there.but i am doing application again before going in court .let's see what ou...

Is there anybody knows how long they will take for flro applications now.my solicitor said 8-12 weeks .he is going to submit my applications within this week.hope it won't take too long like before .

Hello friends just an update, you all know that my application was refused on fri and my solicitor said we will go to the court for judicial review but i want to make a new application because the first application i made was 28 days earlier and on that time my daughters were not complited 7 years ....

Bad news, my application was refuesed today after 11 months of waiting with no right of appeal . Can't understand what is going on with this 7 years rules and why they are doing this with us . I am very upset today.can't decide what to do next?

Hi,guys my friend just called me and told me about her good news .they got there 3 year extension today .they applied in 24 Sep 2012 done bio in 18 march and granted 3 years leave today.so i m very happy for them and praying for good news for all of us .
