don't go for paper hearing, better to go for oral hearing as you can emphasize your point of view. Otherwise judge solely take decision on documents and may take any decision .This is the money we have to spend or pay to solicitors although we know its unfair! Now a days solicitors business is going...

Hi
Travelling out of country should not be an issue until n unless you have valid visa. I travelled to my home country for 3 weeks and come back when visa was just valid for 2 months.
But if they check the history I am frequent traveller at least 2 to 3 trips in a year.

who ever has got the visa its their luck!!! So don't even discuss the reason or genuine ness of others. Your concern should be with your own refusal and the reasons given by UKBA. Its very subjective reason that you don't seem to be genuine business person. One of the strong refusal reason might be ...

hi
Go ahead and go for appeal..
By the time you get hearing date collect evidences and present it confidently. There is flexibility in law to present further evidences. As well in 70% case s UKBA representatives are not present in the appeal hearings.

I think better wait for the visa approval.
You don't know what UKBA will do with your application, even the right things get wrong over there. So when you would be stressed. Better wait for a while till you get ur decision
