I have to apply in 3 months time for entrepreneur extension.I just want to confirm that do we need to have business office and have to file rental agreement along with application or can have home as registered office or hot desk space is enough.

You can call NI and ask for the NI bill or the weekly payment is fixed you can calculate for 6 months and pay through bank so you can show in the bank statement.

Investment to spend the funds for the establishment of business like capital expenditure.
The wages, stationery, advertising are business running expense and are not investment.

I got my BRP and documents with in a month after appeal allowed .I think you write to UKBA giving your case reference of the case. Or meanwhile approach MP for follow up.

Hope everyone issue would be sorted out sooner or later!!just a matter of time!
I did not called court or UKBA as I was anticipating that it will take 8 weeks but yesterday solicitor called me and inform that he received BRP and passport.

I was of the opinion that after appeal allowed we will get visa with in 8 weeks but it seems really strange. My appeal allowed on first week of August.
