Re: Not meeting Financial requirement for ILR on 5 year route

Does the spouse visa holder work? Are there any savings and if yes, how much? It is not FLR(FP) Private life. It would be FLR(FP) PARTNER route which is a new 10 year route, 4 x 2.5 year visas. Thanks for the prompt reply CR001. The spouse visa holder does not work, they have no savings either. So,...

Re: Applying for Eu visa for non Eu spouse

Can anyone please confirm whether evidence or plane tickets will be required. I don't want to buy expensive tickets only to have the visa denied.

I've been reading the guidance and think only translated marriage certificate is required but want to be very sure.

Thanks

Re: Alternative to flr m?

I've been looking into this application. What is defined as 'insomountable circumstances' in the context of this application type. Trying to establish how likely it is to be refused.

Thanks

Re: Alternative to flr m?

No, not the parent route. It will be refused. The parent route is for couples that are divorced/separated and share responsibility for kids but DO NOT live together. FLR(FP) partner 10 year route is the one to go for if they do not meet the financial requirement. Thank you for your prompt reply CR0...

Re: Translating document for British Passport

Contact your embassy, they would be best to advise you on reputable organisations who are registered to do translations of official documents. Thanks, we have managed to ...

Re: Further pre 9 July 2012 FLR spouse visa queries

Casa wrote:When did your cousin submit her spouse settlement visa? Before July 9 2012 or after?
The visa application was submitted in May 2012. It went to appeal and was granted after July 2012. My understand is that she is under the pre July 2012 requirements as she applied before.

Thanks
