Re: regarding Kid query

Yes. You can take your kid with you, although she/he is not aplying.
I did that (in Croydon), no issues.

Even, you can take a legal representative (your solicit for example) with you to ILR PEO appointment. It is allowed.

Re: Cohabitation documents for two years or less?

Well, the requirement for dependents (whose first dependent visa appication was made before 9 July 2012) was to cohabite with main applicants for atleast 2 years before they qualify for settlement (with or after the main applicant settlement application). So, my interpretation is to "Provide 2 ...

Re: PEO booking while conviction is not lapsed

You conviction should be lapsed on the date of application. In this case, it is the date you attend the PEO appointment. Not the date you booked it. So this should be fine.

This is rather misleading.

To be on safer side, I would advise you to submit cohabitation documents for 2 years, counting back from your date of application.

1. Can my wife apply for an ILR as she has been here for 5 years on a dependant visa through out? Sorry mate. She is only eligible if you are eligible. 2. Could you suggest if there is any way for me to be able to apply for ILR sooner, than wait for another 5 years. I could not think of any other av...

They could pull that from their record as well. So, don't bother much about it. Sect...

I didnot carry any, neither was asked to submit.
But, if you got all of them, no harm in carrying them with you. Just in case, they ask you. But I highly doubt they will.

I am not aware of Tier -1 dependent extension requirements, as I was on tier-2. Follow this thread under Tier-1 forum http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-1-general-visas/pbs-tier-1-dependent-extension-documents-checklist-t181288.html Or raise a question there in Tier-1 forum, if you have more d...

Re: ILR main applicant + PBS dependent on same day PEO

1. It does not matter whether you apply at same time or not. Since you both apply for two different visas, the application form. document etc should be submitted seperately and you also need two different appointments. Ofcourse, if you using any documents for your ILR application, which your wife al...

Choose "Professional Bachelor degree", if your degree fits in this category. Also, remember, if you are using Tier-1 option in PBS calculator, the calculator will not award any points if you choose the first entry entry clearance date in the range of between 31 March 2009 and 5 April 2010....

Given that your leave is about 25 days, I think you will be fine.
But, if you can, ask them to copy paste your absence letter in their letterhead and sigh below it.
Jut to be sure.

No. Unless you have dependent applying with you and you are going to use council tax/utility bills for cohabitation proof.
If no dependents, then you don't need any of them.

Regarding your degree certificate issue, I think if you can get a letter from the university stating that your college was renamed from xxx to yyy on ** data, then you will be fine with a PBS printout and degree certificate. However, given the uncertainities (since I have not seen any cases discusse...

Re: child born in UK visa extension type

Well, you have to apply for PBS dependent extension, to be on safer side. You can only apply for naturalization, if your ILR is approved. It is a tricky situation. Once you got your ILR, you can register her as a citizen using MNI, section 1(3). But, for any reason, if you dont get an ILR, then your...

Well, nobody can really give you an assurance. It is upto you. But, given the fact that your case is straigtforward, it is very rare to get into any issues. Go ahead and book your appointment on March 10 (make sure you are eligible for ILR by this date). You have sufficient time to receive your biom...

What is the status of the main applicant? Has he already got his ILR, or will soon be getting it? You can only apply for ILR only if the main applincat has got one (or applying for ILR together). When you came to UK on 2011, what visa did you have? If this was not an Tier 1 dependent visa, and if yo...
