There are two places, where your salary will be mentioned in your application process. 1) In the COS, which is filled by your sponsor while allocating you a certificate. 2) IN Tier(2) application form, when you fill it yourself, where you should say how much you will get paid. Now, in both places yo...

In addition, a copy of your finace's passport and UK visa page is must.
Also, a covering letter from your fiance would be advantageous (Mentioning his NI number, employment details etc.).

All the best for your new life ahead.

Harshey14 pretty much summed-up all the required docs you need. Can I give TOFEL instead of IELTS? Is there any min score requirement for TOFEL in my case? No need for TOEFL/IELTS. You can study and work on par with any one settled in UK with your PBS dependant visa. ---> Is this fund requirement fo...

So does that mean I can stay in the UK for another 28 days after my employment is terminated on 31st March? As long as you have submitted your application before the expiry of your current visa (in your case, you have), you are fine to continue working for your employer.
No matter that the visa expired now.

You think submitting the letter from landlord and the new tenancy would be ok?

Mate, you don't need a tenancy agreement for T2 dependant visa. Don't bother yourself with that. Just make sure that you submit bank statement for maintenance requirement. It is more than enough.

Well, It's a superfluous evidence that you can accommodate your dependant. However, this is not mandatory although submitting (assuming you have one) would make your case strong. Good luck.

No. A tenancy agreement is neither mandatory nor sought by UKBA for tier 2 dependants. All you need is

1) Proof of relationship (Marrige certificate or Birth certificate if the dependant is a child aged < 16 years)
2) Evidence for Fund maintenance (in the form of cash in bank/building society).
