No need to send the original BRP of parents.
Just attach a photocopy.

Is she not getting any points for education? If so, make sure to use a date from 2009 for the PBS calculator question "Enter the date of your first successful Tier 1 application" . As per the requirement, you need to prove that the degree is equivalent to UK bachelor and also taught in eng...

Re: Father ILR, Mother PBS Dependant FLR and Child born in I

If you wife has got valid PBS dependent visa now, she can just extend the visa, rather than apply for FLR-M (despite, your are now in ILR)
Remember, if she applies for FLR, her ILR clock will be reset and she may have to wait 5 years for ILR from the date she got FLR-M approved.

Re: ILR > 2015 > Main & Dependent > English Test

Put your wife's degree in PBS calculator (as Tier-1G migrangt, extending the application).
If that gives points for qualification and english language, just print the summmayr sheet and that should work.

Dont bother about NARIC etc.

For immigration purposes ‘UK’ means Great Britain and Northern Ireland only. It does not include the Crown dependencies. Yes and Yes.
Infact, you must surrender the indian passport as soon as you acquire the BC. There are penalties applicable, otherwise.

It looks like your first entry clearance as Tier 2 ICT (based on which you travelled to UK) is issued based on rules in force after 6 April 2010. So, unfortunately you cannot qualify for ILR based on this visa. If you move to tier-2G, you may well start the ILR clock from the moment you switch, and ...
