Your job description needs to match closely to the one they have on the sponsor guidance and above NQF level 6..not the title.

check whether your job role is similar to the one in guidance..

No need for RLMT for psw switch

I think you can switch to T2 as a contractor but all other requirements must be met. e.g sal,job code and description

I too believe its included in the experienced salary however they haven't mentioned this anywhere. We need to wait till April to find out about the exact meaning of this.

I don't think you have to submit ur degree certificates as you are on PSW obviously you have obtained PSW by having a UK degree. but have the certificates with you in case they ask you.
