PBS calculator has diplomas as well. So some diplomas qualify for full points. But since this one does not is it worth sending for NARIC certificate?

English language requirement again..

My wife's qualification (diploma) does not show up on the point based calculator.

The degree certificate and medium of teaching was English.

So will she need to take english language test? or will I need UK Naric to certify that the diploma is comparable to something in UK.

PEO appointment booking fee of 100£

Had booked appointment before 6th April. So the 100£ fee was not charged. Appointment is still active.

Should I call them to pay or they can take the payment at the time of appointment?

Yes I had applied before the leave had expired and the application was not returned as invalid. It was just delayed and hence it seems like a gap.

Thanks for reply.

Continuous period

Is there a sure way of knowing if the continuous period of 5 years is broken? Due to UKBA delays in 2012, I received my T2 ICT on 17 July 2012 (valid until 27 Jun 2014). Previous leave had expired on 14 Jun 2012. The application was not rejected or pending an action on me. It was the Olympic period ...

I wonder how / why the employer will give new SOC code.If I am the employer, I paid for the COS which was generated before 6th April 2013 using SOC 2000. So the employee is being paid at a rate set by SOC 2000. If the visa using the SOC 2000 system is still valid, why would the SOC 2010 be used? So ...

Are you sure the SOC 2132 is correct? Its SOC 2000 system. I am in same condition my COS was raised last year and hence I think its right that SCO 2000 codes are used. Is that your understanding as well?
