Re: Being made redundant

Yes, but you'll have to meet the financial earnings condition when you apply for your wife's FLR(M) visa after the wedding. Also, if they call your employer while the spouse visa application is being processed it will be evident that your employment is ending. When you submit your fiance visa appli...

Re: Cash Savings for Spouse Visa

The certificate just states his name its 'Entry level certificate in ESOL Skills for Life (speaking and Listening) (Entry Level 1). It also says it was issued in July 2012 and name of provider.

I don’t want to apply and be refused on this issue.

A bit of back ground my fiancé is an overstayer who I met in the UK, we spent 8 months together before making the decision that he would return (at his own expense) to India to make...

I will advice you to read the heading "Subsisting Relationship" on this forum, you stand 90% chance of winning when you appeal, the ECO are demanding lot of evidences which the law did not stipulates. don't re-apply again, because if different ECO treats your application, he/she might fin...

We had done a majority of the above, the only thing we hadn’t done was put down deposits and I had explained in my letter that this was due to not knowing when his visa would be granted however I had included emails/brochures of venues as well as quotes from caterers/DJ's. In these emails I had give...
