Re: Visa Approved in 14 days- No Lawyer. No solicitor

NO.

Your living maintenance must be at lease GBP 900 for 3 months (90 days).

The investmnet funding (50K) for 1 month is fine, but the longer, the better.

How to re-register as a director

Hello guys,

I have been a director of a company, but from the visa guidance, I must be a director within 3 months prior to my application date, so should I remove myself from the company and then re-register me as a director these days?

Thanks for your help

Re: Visa Approved in 14 days- No Lawyer. No solicitor

I also apply to this visa. One thing confused me: Should I meet the salary rate from now on for continuous 3 years , or just reach the level at the 3rd year when I apply the extension?
