Was your mother's passport stamped with a code 3 by the Border Officer on this most recent entry?
Just a normal stamp, nothing abnormal. Look same as other stamps in the passport. I am guessing that no code 3 then?

Re: Visitor visa - 10 years (6 months stay per visit)

Again, it is not a numerical limit, like the EU's 90/180 days. Is she residing in the UK in guise of a visit visa, by making frequent and successive visits ? Somewhere on the pbs dependent form online for it has a question about ILR. And you put your expiry date as 3 years from now and not 2024.

I have said 31-12-2024 do i need to add 13-03-2022?

Thank you.

What Vista type I need to select - Tier 2 up to 3 years or Tier 2 over 3 years.

As I have applied for extensions 2 times and always up to 3 years but the total stay is 5 years.

Once last question, can she apply for ILR now, as I am in ILR and she is in tier 2 dependent for last 4 years?

Or she needs to be in tier 2 dependent visa for 5 years and the apply for ILR?
