While filling up the OCI form, does computer needs to be connected to printer or shall the filled application can be downloaded and printed later ?

I understand form A needs to be filled online and form B can be filled later offline for submission .

They did cross checked the referee in case of my Kid's passport application and I heard they do more in case of kids as there is no interview process and it was via post.

But not sure about Adult applications.
