can someone advice me on what to do next after waiting allmost 11 months application i got a refusal letter from the homeoffice, i was told that me and my wife are both illegal and our child is not upto 7 years in the uk,so sad no right of appeal, i will see my sollicitor on monday.

thank you for the letters and also leting us know what is going on at the UKBA, it show`s they are not good enough for the job, i pray they will grant you and most of us waiting for decision, mine is going to 11 months application.

you are right P-U-S-H is the only solution for now, UKBA don`t care about us i my self applied early june, done biometric middle of august, uptill now still waiting for a decision from a case worker that been paid £6,50 in hour it`s
only GOD almighty that will here our prayer and touch their mind.

Applying early or after anyone does not matter. Many people applied and done biometric almost a year ago, and no decision yet. for instance, i've applied a year now, and i've done biometric almost over 9 months ago, no decision yet.
