I had once read about a service where they issue a copy of an existing Visa if required by the applicant when a new passport is acquired so that the old passport need not be carried.

Visitor visas are single entry or multiple

The 6 month visitor visas issued by the embassy are they multiple entry visas or single entry ? My parents are planning a visit and they want to go to the US and then come back to the UK before returning back.

Thanks

Recent ILR Application

Hi, I have applied for ILR under the judicial judgement in first week of November 09. The fee for the application has been changed to the card but I have not recieved any acknowledgement or reference number as yet. The website says that the waiting time for 90% of the applicants is 6 months (I think...

i am in a similar scenario .. it's slightly made worse by the fact thay my mom's health is not great and both are nearing 70. I strongly suggest that you do not tell them it is not possible .. tell them it is a slow process (which it is) .. and tell them it will be a lot more easier once you get you...

Sorry to hear about the tragedy mate. I read this on the BIA website, I think what it means is they need not enforce their power to refuse an extension for medical reasons if found valid (or if recommended) by the Medical Inspector. I would suggest calling the help line at BIA and asking them what s...

Re: Taxi Driver !!! Seniors plz reply.

you need a special insurance if you are taking on fare paying customers on top of your normal insurance. The normal insurance itself for a person who has just landed in UK will be quiet high. An income from taxi fares will not be enough to cover just your normal insurance. Get insurance quotes from ...
