Scan all documents before submitting to HO. We know you can scan the documents , but you have to remember that when your application is refused, and you need to re-submit all your documents again for reconsideration or an appeal, you can not submit the scanned copy in lieu of the original document ...

I have been looking for a way to prevent the above from happening when i submit my application. I mean the UKBA is notorious for losing applicant's documents and pretending it was never included in the application in the first place. There is a difference between what non-UK EEA nationals need to prove for PR and what people under the Surinder Singh route need to prove. STAMP 4

I have just gone to Garda to obtain a temporary stamp 4 , while my EU1 application is still under consideration. When i looked at the stamp 4 in my passport as well as the GNIB card , it shows the expiry date as August 2017 . I am wondering ....shouldn't the temporary stamp 4 be expiring in 6 months...

Can I quickly ask how long it took before you guys received the PRTB letter in the post after registration?
I am about to ask the landlord to register me, but I am worried it might take yonks for them to send the letter of confirmation.

Surely they cant be that rigid. Not everyone in Ireland must be a paying tenant. It will be ridiculous if they are not flexible considering different people have different situations.

It says on INIS Website that " the temporary stamp 4 is not an indication of any entitlements until the EUFAM4 has been decided.
So I was wondering if one will be turned back at the border if one tries to re-enter with the temporary stamp 4 ?

For EU1 RESIDENCE CARD APPLICATION,(i am not talking about PPSN application) you mean you submitted a letter from landlord and bills in Landlord's name , and a covering letter that he cant provide you with PRTB letter ???
