ABOUT HEALTH INSURANCE

Hello Forum ,

When applying for EUFAM4 as a married spouse of an EU citizen who is exercising treaty right as a worker , do i need to include health insurance certificate (either for myself or my spouse) in the application at all ?

Is registering with FAS not the same as claiming benefit ? I dont intend to claim benefit , i just need a letter confirming i am an active job-seeker .

How can i go about this ?

sorry, Freedom of Information request... - i will have to find it... i more than likely saved it - but i have hundreds of documents saved on my laptop in relation to our case... will have to find the correct reference no :) we got married in 2011 we opted for a church more by choice as wifes parent...
