I am looking to apply for UK Tier1(Entrepreneur) Visa by forming a team, One member is in India & other in UK.

Is that alright to apply with such type of team config?

I have PSW visa at present.

Not in UK after getting my PSW visa,
can I apply for Tear1 (Entrepreneur) visa by investing amount equal to 50,000GBP from outside UK?
I did my Masters from UK in 2010 & got my PSW visa in June 2011.

Need help & comment on this issue.
