And the caseworker was infact right to say your self employed. I had been through this stage during my extensions. I take salary and dividends same as you. The point is if you are paying tax directly to hmrc then you are self employed simples

I think we would only get a clear picture after som1 posting thier peo exp on or after 6th of April. I've got my appt on the 18th of April hoping it would eliminate all the doubts by then.
