I saw one of members here did say he noticed no stamp on the PR so get back to CW to ask, the CW then stamped it for him. From this case it seems not very important even CW forget to stamp it so i dont think that need to worry you much

Hi , Our Application was successful. The unpaid absences would not be a concern . As long as you do not have absences beyond 180 days you need not worry. I have done trinity college esol b1 test and found it very easy. The fee £125 the certificate come within two weeks but mine is much quick only 10 days.

Your depandent won't affect your visa application as you are main application however your depandent won't get ilr unless she have passed b1 english requirement.
