I will be applying for visa soon under 200K category. Do I have to send business plan with my application or should I send when requested by UKBA.

Funds in UK or Outside UK ?

Is business plan necessary now a days ?

I would like know how much processing time it takes to get Tier1 entrepreneur visa if you have 200k in UK bank accounts.
