Hi Hammad, firstly, you can definitely work for any other business until you get your Tier 1(E) visa because PSW rules apply and you're covered by section 3C of immigration rules until you get your Tier1 (E) visa. Regarding your query about continuing to work for other business as a "director&q...

I agree with monolyte. Its not advisable to trust a stranger for such a big amount. How can one be sure that a complete stranger would be loyal to you for the next 5 years???? Apply logic. Is it a marriage or business? Don't just think about getting visa.

This is a million dollar question. Acordong to Policy guidance YES. It looks likes UKBA has made a mistake in the guidance by not specifying clearly for PSW holders. Please call and confirm with them.

Hi Entrepreneur9, Based on what evidence do you claim that we do not have to register again? The policy guidance clearly states that we have to. And if this is not the case, then Home office should take their sweet time to make ammendments in the Policy guidance ASAP. It is these trvial things that ...

Dear Darvesh,

Does that mean that people who applied within UK from PSW(50K route) will automatically get 20 points for extension without doing anything?
It is not clear from the Policy guidance.

If you made application under 50K route, then the services MUST be above NVQ level 4. Now cleaning an office corridor is nowhere close to NVQ level 4 so as per the policy guidance, it is understandably illegal to do that. However, the 200k route is quite flexible. It allows literally any business as...

The answer to your question depends on what route you applied under. Did you apply under 200k or 50k investment route for Entrepreneur visa?

Hi my_friend,
Yes Good idea. As per my understanding, there is no need for us 50k route applicants to register again. Please see the discussion today in the post titled "Please advise. Thank you!!!" It is related to exactly the same query you have raised.
