12 months from approval date/date of issue of BRP if not married to a BC.
Please do not confuse the thread with your own questions. Make a new thread for your own naturalisation.
Thank you and sorry

Re: Child naturalisation

Hi

I got my SET approval on the 29/10/2020. When can I apply for my naturalisation?

Is it from the date I got the indefinite or the date I became eligible for indefinite?

Thank you

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

You need to wait 12 months from receiving ILR, or apply immediately (if you got your BRP card) if you are the spouse of a British citizen. You asked about your son's status in a separate post already - please keep your questions in one thread which makes it easier to answer. Thank you. My son's dad...

Hi, Today I got a call from a private number which happened to be my casework. He wanted to find out why my son wasn't added to my application. I explained to him. I then asked him when I should expect my feedback. He said if nothing jumps up then I should have it by close of day. Well it's 18:40 a...

Yes I soon as I get the email I will! I feel it is just like you said one or two days hopefully. Yes I have checked just now!- mine remains the same. Have you? I used my biometric number to check. Would be good to know when the changes come into place! Still saying BRP is expired or lost. I'd check...

Btw all SET(M)’s have an advantage by default for BC. So you will jump queue for BC anyways 😜 That is why SET(M) are not prioritised. Victor7109 you would definitely win the shortest and best first post in this forum  We all introduced ourselves giving an idea of when and what we applied/are a...

The HO is going from bad to worse. The funny thing is the SET(LR) started picking up. It looks like they...
