Hi .I am on 5 year route spouse settlement visa and going to apply for ILR soon. My wife and and my child both are British citizen.
In this case in which income threshold I should apply? 18600 or 22400 ?

I hv applied on 20th May with rent free Authority lttr signed by landlord (frnd)+utility bill+ signed passport copy. These docs would be enough ?

Also pls tell how to submit any other evidence untill decision made...

hi sandra...u can show yr educational certificates and work experience lttrs if any....but they just want yr sponsor's all docs and thats it....

in my case, last month salary slip also explained total yearly salary and total deduction like PF,Tax etc...so last financial year's total salary is mentioned there

In my case, i will apply for my settlement visa next month. My wife (sponsor) has got accommodation sponsor lttr from landlord (her frnd) mentioning there is ample space to live there for both of us.Moreover they have given utility bill and their passport copies too.....So is this enough to meet acc...

Utility bills confirms the address ....like address proof

For accommodation its enough to provide landlord authority lttr along with utility bill. There is ample space to live there in the property. Is this enough or need to provide property survey report from an Estate Agency ?

i have heard that property survey report also can be done by estate agency. Hope this can be considered for accommodation.

Ok got the point.
Except this,my all other things have been cleared as per refusal lttr. While re-apply is that any possibility that ECO will raise any query at cleared point of 1st application?? My document would be same . Aftr how much days can reapply?

In refusal lttr its mentioned that send the supporting docs alone with appeal. Tax return will be done in 1st week of april so can send tax return along with appeal grounds for ECM review. other require docs of self emp already sent earlier.
