At which address you received your NI bills or hmrc letters?
If you received NI bills and selt assessment statements at your home address then this is fine.

Out come of your application looks right as your documents were unable to meet the PR requirements.
You may apply another RC if you qualify or may check the eligibility of Irish citizenship.
Travel back outwith valid family permit depends on your nationality.
