As I understand HO retained your passport on your first application.

Now you sent another application,so untill HO not satisfied that you meet the requirement and you have the right to reside in the uk under EU law,they will not give you your passport.

Why you want to sent 12 months bank statement?is there any reason.


For EEA1/2 applicants are require to sent current treaty rights.(treaty right documents date within 6 weeks before the application sent date).

It's better to non EU visa national to learn English in their own country rather then to spend thousand of pounds in the UK.


Non EU spouse require A1 level in English and thats not a big deal.

You are just require to prove that your wife is working in the Uk.

Accountants letter is good enough to prove this.

Yes it could be possible but I am 100% sure HO never bin any peace of paper.
