This is written on HO website that if there is a child then the relation not be consider as a sham.

If you have a child from your EEA national wife then your case will be solved.
Otherwise there is no chance to get RC.

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anybody knows how long does it normally takes to receive EEA1? On UKBA website it says immediately residence certificate must be issued. And it said completely the same about COA. We have received COA after about 2 weeks since they have our documents,but not EEA1 yet...
