I sent the self assessment up till April 2012 while the decree absolute was july 2012. Proceed appeal and re consideration and fill ct141(I thing ct14 or ct42) form and sent to hmrc so they can remove dormant company tag as soon as possible.

Home office is on right position as your documents are not enough to prove your self employment.

I was charged with the sexual assault allegations in 2007,and as all know that this is a recordable serious offence,but declare innocent in the court.So my all applications under EU regulations and BC went fine without any problem.
