What documents you have submitted with your application, how long it took them to decide. You can submit your application again with more documents showing your residence here I submitted couple of bank statements, marriage cert, pay slips, passports, rent agreements, job letters, WRS card, savings...

dont worry members HO never refuse your application if you do not fill the form or if you fill this form wrongly.best thing is to write a covering letter and explain your story and dont care about this forms.

All depends on EEA nationals case,if EEA win the appeal and allowed to stay in the uk then non EEA may stay in the country if EEA national meet the requirements.

If EEA national was eligible for PR before the termination of marriage or already acquired PR status then there is no requirement of CSI,but Non EEA national must have to prove this at the time of ROR application.

Fresh application is a best idea as your documents are enough to retain rights of residence.
I don't know why HO and court ignore your self assessments and a proof of NI contribution?
In the presence of accountant letter there is no point of asking invoices.

Employment history from HMRC may be alright.

No problem at all.
If Immigration officer ask you any single question about your EX then simple answer is that you are divorced and retained right of residence.after knowing this they will not ask you any more question about your ex.

It's too long,you have to contact to the court by phone.
Court will not return your marriage certificate but you can order a duplicate copy on line or from the council where your marriage was solemnised.
