Will separation put any adverse effect on my ROR application next year?? Will these Local council and tax office inform UKBA straight away or at the time of my ROR application about my separation????


Home office can check all records internally and externally.Hmrc are linked with home office.

You can't prove it with documents etc. Only way to prove your relation is oral hearing in the courts. You and your wife go in oral hearing and try to convince judge. You can't do any thing...

This is the best advice.
If you follow this advice,your application will be up to the requirement of article 43 of the treaty establishing the european community self employed.

Durable relationship applications are very straight forward if you provide documents which are mentioned in EEA2 form.
If you don't have 2 years proof then sorry to say nothing can happen.

Applied my EEA RC card in Jan 2013 with the help of my Solicitor, COA Received on 5 of April ( no right to work) even my other visa was still Valid God my Rc Last week on 8th of April issued from Liverpool on 2nd of April 2013 Best of Luck ever...

If your wife was self employed at the time of RC application then why home office refused your application?
No way to get RC in a month.
