Hi everyone Please help to clarify an issue if you can. Do you HAVE to apply for retaining rights or this is just to confirm your rights after you get divorced (assuming you tick all boxes and your residency is still valid)? I have come across different interpretations but no reliable source so far...

Naturalisation after retain rights without PR

I got my neutralisation certificate today without PR,I retain rights of residence after divorce in 2011,last year in sep I applied neutralisation without PR and today after 6 months I received no objection certificate for my neutralisation.
